Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but the Two-bedroom Family Suite I wanted was not available. The room was spacious, but the bathroom design was unusual with stained concrete. The staff was nice and helpful for my temple tour in Siem Reap, but they were a bit pushy in selling the hotel's tuk-tuk services and the refrigerator in my room was broken. Additionally, the noise from a nearby rooster was bothersome. The location was good, as it was walking distance to Pub Street and the markets, quiet, and close to various attractions, albeit moderately priced. However, dining options were limited, with only hard-boiled eggs for breakfast, and the Wi-Fi was patchy. Overall, the hotel had its strengths and weaknesses.
